About Solar Panel Repair Mesa
Solar Panel Repair Mesa works on rooftop solar systems that are already installed. We do not sell new systems and we are not here to talk you into a bigger one. Our work is the system you already own: finding out why it stopped producing, fixing or replacing the part that failed, taking panels off for a new roof and putting them back, keeping pigeons out from underneath, and cleaning off the desert dust.
Many East Valley homeowners find that their original installer is gone. Some companies closed, some were bought, and some simply stopped answering. The panels and inverters usually still carry a manufacturer warranty even when the installer has disappeared, so part of our job is figuring out what is still covered and filing the claim with the right company.
How a job runs
- Data first. If you have a monitoring app or an inverter display, we start there. Production history tells us a lot before anyone climbs a ladder.
- Then the roof. We check panels, wiring, connectors, racking, flashing and what is living under the array.
- A written price. You get an itemized estimate before any work starts. If a part is under warranty, we say so and show what the warranty does and does not pay for.
- Paperwork. Repairs that change equipment can need a permit and a note to the utility. We find out which ones apply to your address.
- Proof it works. After the fix, we check that the system is producing and show you the numbers.
What we leave to others
We do not install brand-new systems from scratch, do roof replacements, or work on solar water or pool heaters. If the roof itself is the problem, we will say so and work around your roofer's schedule. If your system is leased or on a power purchase agreement, the company that owns it usually has to approve any work, so call them first and we can work with what they allow.
