Service Areas

We cover all of Mesa, from Dobson Ranch and the older west side, through downtown, out to Red Mountain Ranch and Las Sendas in the northeast and Eastmark in the southeast. Nearby, we also work in Apache Junction, Gold Canyon and Superior. The paperwork changes as you cross lines on the map. Downtown homes may be on the City of Mesa's electric utility instead of SRP. Leisure World is an unincorporated county island inside Mesa, so its permits go through Maricopa County, not the city. Most of Apache Junction, along with Gold Canyon and Superior, is in Pinal County, so a different building office applies there. Superior also sits higher, at about 2,890 feet, and is a longer drive up US 60. Each town page covers what is different there.
